1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). These govern your purchase of products from Daily Home Finds. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not place an order.
1.1 At Daily Home Finds, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide products that meet your expectations. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to the policy below for information on our return, refund, and exchange process.
2. Definitions“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Daily Home Finds.“You”, “customer”, “consumer” means the individual or entity placing the order.“Goods” refers to all products sold via the website.
3. Legal ComplianceOur T&C complies with:Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (online disclosures and contracting requirements). Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) — including implied warranties, defective goods rights, and distance selling provisions.
4. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment is processed and we confirm your order, the contract of sale is formed.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Product Information & PricingAll pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include VAT where applicable.We strive for accuracy in product details, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before order confirmation.
6. PaymentWe accept payment by approved methods listed at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours and that all information provided is accurate.
7. Shipping Policy
7.1 DeliveryDelivery timelines are estimates only — delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.Risk in goods passes to the consumer once goods are delivered to the chosen address.
7.2 Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight/size.
7.3 Lost or Damaged in TransitIf goods are lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of damage.
8. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods
8.1 If the return involves a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we may request photographs or video evidence to assess the issue before authorising the return.
Returns submitted after the 7-day window may unfortunately not be processed.
All return requests must be approved before sending any items back. Do not return products directly to the manufacturer — all returns must be handled through Daily Home Finds.
8.2 Online Cooling-Off / Change of Mind If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
8.3 Return Process
Contact us within the allowed return period with order number and reason. Pack goods securely.Once received and inspected, we will process a refund/credit as per policy. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
8.4 Due to hygiene, safety, and legal considerations, certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:
- Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items
- Pierced jewellery such as earrings
- Opened health, beauty, or personal care products
- Self-assembly furniture that has been partially or fully assembled
- Electronics: All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included. Customers must remove all personal data and reset devices to factory settings before return.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from purchases, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Intellectual Property All website content, trademarks, and designs remain our property. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written permission.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
13. Changes to TermsWe may update these T&C at any time. The current version will be published on our website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
